1. What's the lead time of your machine?

--- Normally we can deliver the machines within 35 days after the deposit is received.

2. What are the payment terms you can accept?

--- TT 30% in advance, balance before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight

3. What's the packing of the machine?

--- For full container loading, we can wrap the machine with plastic film, for Less container loading, we can make the wooden case packing but will have extra cost.

4. Do you accept the OEM?

--- Yes, we can accept both OEM and ODM, let us know in advance before starting the order.

5. Do you supply spare parts?

--- Yes, we normally provide spare parts during warranty, will have extra charges after the warranty

6. Can we book a factory visit before placing an order?

--- Yes, your visit will be most welcome, you can learn how to use it as well.

7. What's your monthly production capacity?

--- Normally we can deliver around 30-50 production lines per month.

8. Could you provide FORM E or CO or other required documents?

--- Yes, we can give related documents, just make  sure which documents you need and let us know before the order confirmed

9. What's the warranty for your machine?

--- We give one year warranty, but the service is not limited

10. Can you help with the installation?

--- Yes, we can give an installation guide to the customer, on how to set up the machine, how to use it, how to maintain the machine, etc
