1. How many pieces of straw per minute?
---For example, 70m/min, making 6*197mm straws. Consider some waste, we use 200mm for calculating. 70*1000/200=350 pcs/minute.
2. What's the material for the cutting blade?
--- We are using W6Mo5Cr4V2
3. Can we make the different diameter paper straws in one machine?
---Different diameters need different paper straw molds. The mold includes 3 parts: a thinner pull rod, mandrel, and cutting mat. So you need to tell me which outer diameter paper straw that you want to produce.
4. What's the voltage required for this paper straw making machine?
--- 380V 50HZ 3P,or customised.
5. How many layers of paper straw of this machine make?
---Standard is for making 3 layers of paper straws.4-layer straw is harder than 3 layers. I think, for 10-12mm paper straws, it’s better to use 4 layers. The material cost is also higher.
6. Do you give any free parts for the machine?
--- Yes,we provide 14cutting blades; 15 winding belts;3 sets of paper straw mold; 1 cutting blade belts;1 air cylinder.
7. How much space do we need for the whole production line?
--- We need at least 8200x5000mm for the whole line
8. What's the electric consumption for the whole line?
---Rated power, 6.15KW/h, Full load amp: 13.5A
9. What materials are needed for paper straw making?
---food grade white craft paper and food-grade glue. 120gsm inner layer, 120gsm middle layer and 60gsm outer layer
